  • If you bought one of our products at a retail store and have a problem with it, contact the store where you purchased it.
  • If you placed an order on our website and are wondering when it will be shipped, all orders are shipped next business day Monday - Friday, weekend orders will ship on the following Monday.
  • If you've placed an order on Amazon.com, Walmart.com or Jet.com and have questions about your order, please contact customer service at the site where your order was placed.
  • We will provide customer support for any orders placed on this website.
  • Why do you charge for shipping? We do not charge anything for shipping, however the United States Postal Service or UPS will deliver your package and they charge for shipping on our checkout page when you place your order. Just enter your address and both USPS and UPS will tell you how much they charge on the checkout page. Our website will collect that amount in addition to the cost of products you order and either USPS or UPS will bring you your package. Our apologies, we have no control over what the shipping company charges you to have a package delivered. Currently though, we have an agreement with Walmart to only charge you $4.99 shipping on our bath soaps and we subsidize the rest of the cost to ship your products to you through our agreement with them. Based on that, we encourage you to purchase more than one product when buying them on Walmart.com since the shipping will not increase regardless of how much you buy. This offer is exclusive to Walmart.com orders only.
